Hello
I am a dentist with a special interest in dental implants at Confident Dental & Implant Clinic working in Stroud and Cheltenham.
I graduated from Bristol Dental School and proceeded to complete a one-year full-time masters degree in Dental Implantology at Cardiff University in which I achieved a distinction.
My Story
I was privileged to worked alongside some of the UK’s top oral and maxillofacial surgeons as a senior house officer in Manchester where my surgical skills quickly developed. Assisting in the treatment of patients who had been debilitated by tooth loss caused by trauma and oral cancer was pivotal in sparking my interest in dental implants. I realised these patients experience radical improvements in their quality of life for several reasons, socially, functionally and aesthetically. In order to be an integral part of the patient journey, I decided to pursue further education.
Having observed first-hand the troubles caused by tooth loss, I have acquired the skills and qualifications to help patients with this problem and I would be grateful for the chance to better the lives of others.
Aside from dentistry, I have been a technical coach for a radio station in Bristol where I trained individuals to host their own shows. I received a V50 award for volunteering and was part of a team that raised £32,000 for Rahmamercy a charity that carries out aid work in the Balkans. In my spare time, I enjoy doing archery, climbing and travelling. My favourite sport is Football and I was captain of the ‘oral intruders’ during my time at university.

Some of the best years of my life. I graduated with distinctions in restorative dentistry, paediatrics and orthodontics and with merit in oral medicine and oral surgery.
I successfully completed a one-year full-time master’s degree in Implantology from Cardiff University with distinction where I conducted research on the treatment of peri-implantitis, there is currently a bar on access to my thesis due to its commercially sensitive nature. I have current plans to return to dental school to mentor aspiring dentists on their journeys.
